The Group has adopted a formal HIV/AIDS policy, which aims to promote a non-discriminatory workplace and to promote effective ways of managing HIV in the workplace.

Companies within the Group arrange for medical treatment and counselling employees living with HIV and a company-funded HIV insurance policy is in place for employees. Voluntary testing for HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis is provided for annually upon employee request.
