The Group's biggest aim with regard to skills development and the supply of training is targeted at empowering and developing its employee base.
This encompasses assisting lower income employees in attaining a matric equivalent certificate to critical business skills such as brand management.
Computer training is provided for all employees to ensure a certain level of computer skills and technology aptitude amongst all staff.
Bursaries are generally granted to employees when applied for by the applicant and approval has been given.
In terms of employment equity the group is 100% pro-affirmative action. It is gradually moving towards representation as reported and planned in the Employment Equity Reports submitted to the Department of Labour.
