Remuneration – The Group ensures employees are remunerated in accordance with industry standards and that all remuneration packages are market related. Remuneration packages are regularly reviewed, with employees being financially empowered based on outstanding work performance.

Well-being programme – The Group supplies HIV/AIDS assistance upon request from employees and trauma counselling is also available when needed. Health and well-being programmes are regularly scheduled for all employees, including voluntary testing for HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis.

Health and safety – The Group is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. (All relevant legislation within the Occupational and Safety Act of 1993 is fully complied with.)

Benefits – Employees are offered benefits in accordance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCOEA). All permanent administrative employees belong to the Group Provident fund, administered by Alexander Forbes and underwritten by Old Mutual.
